This policy explains how the mobile application Off My Chest (“the app”) handles personal information. It applies to the app only.
The app is operated by DONGEUN KIM (“we”). We do not run a server for the app and the app has no user accounts.
Nothing you write in the app is collected — it stays on your device (section 3). The following is collected automatically by third-party SDKs embedded in the app.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or photos. The app never reads your device’s location; the approximate location above is inferred from your IP address by the ad provider.
On iPhone and iPad the app asks for your permission before using the advertising identifier, through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the identifier is not used and you see ads that are not personalized. The app works the same either way.
Uninstalling the app deletes this data. One exception: a file you create yourself with “Export letters” is unencrypted JSON containing the full text of your letters. It stays wherever you saved it and is not removed when you uninstall the app.
We do not sell personal information for money. Because the app requests personalized ads, the ad provider receives the advertising information in section 2, which some US state laws may treat as “sharing” or “selling” (see section 9). Google LLC, a third party that provides the ads, receives and processes the information in section 2 through the SDKs listed above, in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and, for advertising, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
We may disclose information where required by law.
Google may process this information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Such transfers are carried out under the safeguards described in Google’s privacy documentation.
We do not maintain our own database of user information. Data collected through Google services is retained according to Google’s published retention periods. Device-stored data is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal information, object to processing, and request data portability.
You may also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Providing an advertising ID to an ad provider for advertising may be treated as “sharing” or “selling” personal information under certain US state laws.
We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not receive money for personal information. To opt out, disable ad personalization in your device settings, or contact us at the address in section 13.
The app is not directed to children. The target age group declared on Google Play is 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will act on it.
On Android the app declares notifications (the five-minute notice and letter arrivals), running at startup (to restore scheduled notifications after a restart), vibration, biometrics (to unlock the letterbox) and internet access (to load ads and to transmit the data described in section 2). On iPhone and iPad the app asks for permission to send notifications, and asks before using Face ID when you unlock the letterbox. Google’s advertising libraries add further install-time permissions during the build, including network state and advertising ID. None of these require your approval at runtime and none provide access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone or your device’s location.
If what we collect or transmit changes, this page is updated first and the change is noted in the app’s release notes.

앱은 DONGEUN KIM(이하 “회사”)가 운영합니다. 앱을 위한 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 앱에는 회원 계정이 없습니다.
앱에 쓰신 내용은 수집하지 않습니다 — 기기에만 남습니다(제3항). 아래 항목은 앱에 포함된 제3자 SDK 를 통해 자동으로 수집됩니다.

수집하지 않는 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진. 앱은 기기의 위치를 읽지 않으며, 위 대략적인 위치는 광고 제공자가 IP 주소로 추정하는 것입니다.
iPhone과 iPad에서는 광고 식별자를 쓰기 전에 애플의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 창으로 허락을 구합니다. 허용하지 않으시면 그 식별자를 쓰지 않고 맞춤이 아닌 광고가 표시됩니다. 어느 쪽이든 앱은 그대로 작동합니다.
앱을 삭제하면 위 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다. 한 가지 예외가 있습니다. ‘편지함 내보내기’로 직접 만드신 파일은 암호화되지 않은 JSON이며 편지 내용이 그대로 들어 있습니다. 저장하신 자리에 그대로 남고, 앱을 삭제해도 지워지지 않습니다.
회사는 개인정보를 돈을 받고 판매하지 않습니다. 앱이 맞춤 광고를 요청하므로 광고 제공자가 제2항의 광고 정보를 받으며, 일부 미국 주법에서는 이를 “공유” 또는 “판매”로 볼 수 있습니다(제9항 참조). 제2항의 정보는 광고를 제공하는 제3자인 Google LLC 가 위 SDK 를 통해 받아 구글 개인정보처리방침 및 광고에 관하여 구글 서비스를 사용하는 사이트나 앱에서 수집한 정보의 이용 방식에 따라 처리합니다.
법령에 따라 요구되는 경우 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
구글은 이 정보를 미국을 포함한 이용자 거주 국가 외의 지역에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 이전은 구글이 공개한 개인정보 보호 문서에 기재된 보호조치에 따라 이루어집니다.
회사는 이용자 정보를 담은 자체 데이터베이스를 보유하지 않습니다. 구글 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 구글이 공개한 보관 기간에 따라 보관됩니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다.
관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구하거나 처리에 반대할 수 있으며, 데이터 이동을 요청할 수 있습니다.
기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 언제든지 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있고, 광고 맞춤설정을 해제할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 거주 국가의 개인정보 감독기관에 진정할 권리가 있습니다.
광고 식별자를 광고 제공자에게 제공하는 행위는 일부 미국 주법에서 개인정보의 “공유” 또는 “판매”로 취급될 수 있습니다.
회사는 민감정보를 수집하지 않으며, 개인정보의 대가로 금전을 받지 않습니다. 거부를 원하시면 기기 설정에서 광고 맞춤설정을 해제하거나 제13항의 연락처로 요청해 주십시오.
이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 구글 플레이에 신고한 타깃 연령층은 13세 이상입니다. 회사는 아동의 개인정보를 인지하여 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 정보를 제공한 것으로 판단되는 경우 연락 주시면 조치하겠습니다.
안드로이드에서 앱이 직접 선언하는 권한은 알림(5분 뒤 알림과 편지 도착), 부팅 후 실행(재시작 뒤 예약 알림 복원), 진동, 생체 인증(편지함 잠금 해제), 인터넷 접속(광고를 불러오고 제2항의 정보를 전송)입니다. iPhone과 iPad에서는 알림을 보내도 되는지, 편지함을 열 때 Face ID 를 써도 되는지 묻습니다. 빌드 과정에서 구글의 광고 라이브러리가 네트워크 상태, 광고 ID 등 설치 시점 권한을 추가합니다. 이들 권한은 실행 중 이용자의 승인을 요구하지 않으며, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크, 기기 위치에 접근하지 않습니다.
수집하거나 전송하는 것이 달라지면 이 페이지를 먼저 갱신하고, 앱 업데이트 설명에 함께 적습니다.
앱의 개발·운영자이며 이 방침에 따른 개인정보 처리의 책임자입니다.

本アプリは DONGEUN KIM（以下「当方」）が運営しています。本アプリ専用のサーバーは 運用しておらず、ユーザーアカウントもありません。
お客様が本アプリに書いた内容は収集しません — 端末内にのみ残ります（第3項）。以下は、アプリに組み込まれた 第三者 SDK が自動的に収集するものです。

当方は個人情報を対価を得て販売しません。 アプリはパーソナライズ広告を要求するため、広告配信事業者が第2項の広告に関する情報を 受け取ります。これは米国の一部の州法において「共有」または「販売」とみなされる場合が あります（第9項を参照）。 第2項の情報は、広告を提供する第三者である Google LLC が上記 SDK を通じて受け取り、 Google のプライバシーポリシー、 広告については Google の サービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用 に従って処理します。
法令に基づき開示が求められる場合には、これに応じることがあります。
Google は、米国を含むお客様の居住国以外の国でこれらの情報を処理することが あります。当該移転は、Google のプライバシー関連文書に記載された保護措置の もとで行われます。

また、端末の設定からいつでも広告 ID をリセットまたは削除し、広告の パーソナライズを無効にすることができます。
お客様は、居住国のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利を有します。
広告のために広告識別子を広告配信事業者へ提供する行為は、一部の米国州法に おいて個人情報の「共有」または「販売」として扱われる場合があります。
当方は機微な個人情報を収集せず、個人情報の対価として金銭を受け取ることも ありません。オプトアウトをご希望の場合は、端末の設定で広告のパーソナライズを 無効にするか、第13項の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリはお子さまを対象としていません。Google Play で申告している対象年齢は 13歳以上です。当方が意図的にお子さまの個人情報を収集することはありません。 お子さまが情報を提供したとお考えの場合は、ご連絡いただければ対応いたします。
Android で本アプリが直接宣言する権限は、通知（5分後の通知と 手紙の到着）、端末起動後の実行（再起動後に予約済みの通知を 復元）、バイブレーション、生体認証（ポストの ロック解除）、インターネット接続（広告の読み込みと第2項の情報の 送信）です。iPhone および iPad では、通知を送ってよいか、ポストを開くときに Face ID を使ってよいかを尋ねます。ビルド時には Google の 広告ライブラリが、ネットワーク状態、広告 ID など、 インストール時点の権限を追加します。これらの権限は実行中にお客様の承認を 求めるものではなく、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、端末の位置情報に アクセスすることはありません。
収集または送信する内容が変わる場合は、まずこのページを更新し、その変更を アプリのリリースノートに記載します。

Esta política explica cómo la aplicación móvil Déjalo aquí («la aplicación») trata la información personal. Se aplica únicamente a la aplicación.
La aplicación está operada por DONGEUN KIM («nosotros»). No disponemos de un servidor propio para la aplicación y esta no tiene cuentas de usuario.
Lo que usted escribe en la aplicación no se recopila — se queda solo en su dispositivo (apartado 3). Lo siguiente lo recopilan automáticamente los SDK de terceros integrados en la aplicación.

No recopilamos nombres, direcciones de correo electrónico, números de teléfono, contactos ni fotos. La aplicación nunca lee la ubicación de su dispositivo; la ubicación aproximada indicada arriba la deduce el proveedor de publicidad a partir de su dirección IP.
En iPhone y iPad, la aplicación solicita su permiso antes de usar el identificador de publicidad, mediante el aviso de Transparencia de Seguimiento de Apps de Apple. Si no lo autoriza, ese identificador no se utiliza y verá anuncios no personalizados. La aplicación funciona igual en ambos casos.
Si se desinstala la aplicación, también se elimina la información indicada arriba. Hay una excepción. El archivo que usted mismo crea con ‘Exportar cartas’ es un JSON sin cifrar que contiene el texto íntegro de sus cartas. Permanece donde usted lo haya guardado y no se elimina aunque se desinstale la aplicación.
No vendemos información personal a cambio de dinero. Como la aplicación solicita anuncios personalizados, el proveedor de anuncios recibe los datos de publicidad del apartado 2, lo que algunas leyes estatales de EE. UU. pueden considerar «compartir» o «vender» (véase el apartado 9). Google LLC, un tercero que proporciona los anuncios, recibe y trata la información del apartado 2 a través de los SDK indicados, conforme a la Política de Privacidad de Google y, en materia de publicidad, a Cómo utiliza Google la información de sitios o aplicaciones que usan nuestros servicios.
Podremos comunicar información cuando así lo exija la ley.
Google puede tratar esta información en países distintos del suyo, incluido Estados Unidos. Dichas transferencias se realizan con las garantías descritas en la documentación de privacidad de Google.
No mantenemos una base de datos propia con información de los usuarios. Los datos recopilados a través de los servicios de Google se conservan según los plazos publicados por Google. Los datos almacenados en el dispositivo se conservan hasta que usted los elimine o desinstale la aplicación.
Con arreglo a la legislación aplicable, usted puede solicitar el acceso, la rectificación, la supresión o la limitación del tratamiento de su información personal, oponerse al tratamiento y solicitar la portabilidad de los datos.
También puede restablecer o eliminar su identificador de publicidad, o desactivar la personalización de anuncios, en los ajustes de su dispositivo en cualquier momento.
Tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de protección de datos de su país.
Facilitar un identificador de publicidad a un proveedor de anuncios con fines publicitarios puede considerarse «compartir» o «vender» información personal conforme a determinadas leyes estatales de EE. UU.
No recopilamos información personal sensible ni recibimos dinero a cambio de información personal. Para excluirse, desactive la personalización de anuncios en los ajustes de su dispositivo o escríbanos a la dirección del apartado 13.
La aplicación no está dirigida a menores. El grupo de edad declarado en Google Play es de 13 años en adelante. No recopilamos conscientemente información personal de menores. Si cree que un menor ha facilitado información, póngase en contacto con nosotros y actuaremos en consecuencia.
En Android, la aplicación declara directamente estos permisos: notificaciones (el aviso a los cinco minutos y el de llegada de cartas), ejecución al iniciar el dispositivo (para restablecer las notificaciones programadas tras un reinicio), vibración, autenticación biométrica (para desbloquear el buzón) y acceso a internet (para cargar los anuncios y transmitir los datos descritos en el apartado 2). En iPhone y iPad, la aplicación pregunta si puede enviar notificaciones y si puede usar Face ID al abrir el buzón. Durante la compilación, las bibliotecas de publicidad de Google añaden otros permisos de instalación, como el estado de la red y el ID de publicidad. Ninguno de ellos requiere su aprobación durante la ejecución ni da acceso a contactos, fotos, cámara, micrófono o la ubicación de su dispositivo.
Si cambia lo que recopilamos o transmitimos, esta página se actualiza primero y el cambio se indica en las notas de la versión de la aplicación.
