No counselors, no community, no AI. Just write it down and let it go.

Some things you cannot say to anyone. Finding someone to listen is work in itself, and writing it down somewhere means it stays.
Off My Chest is a three-step ritual you do once a day.
STEP 1
Write down the thing you cannot tell anyone. What you write is never stored. Five minutes later a notification arrives: your worry is gone.
Those five minutes are the whole app. The relief does not come from writing it. It comes from seeing that it is gone.
STEP 2
Write to the person you will be in a week. It arrives in exactly seven days.
Chances are that person is doing a little better than you are right now.
STEP 3
One quote appears. No lectures, no forced cheerfulness — only lines that sit beside you.
A line you have seen does not come back for a long while.
LETTERS
Letters that have arrived collect here, encrypted and kept on this phone alone. You can lock them behind a passcode or your fingerprint, and block screenshots while you are in the app. You can export everything to a single file and load it back.
For the first eleven days a letter arrives each day. They do not try to comfort you. They only ask how you are.
Through the night,
into the dawn
Your worry is never stored
